I now weigh more than I've ever weighed. I can feel my thighs rubbing together as I walk more than ever before. That's why I knew I had gained weight. I don't eat that much in the day, But I also have not done much activity in the last several years consistently either.

I'm very sad, but also very motivitated. I bought a pedomoter and am going to stick to a calorie count of food daily. It's gotta stick at some point. I have hope.

230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
