doing really well this past week. I avoided chocolate, cakes, and cookies for the past week. I'm down from 230 to 224 since the last time I registered my weight.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
