Lets just say I probably won't be losing this week. I messed up. On the good side I got a whole new year to lose 15-16 lbs. Definitely going on the treadmill after the kids are in bed. I might switch back to atkins, only this time do a semi healthy approach. Such as lean meats, low fat stuff. Kind of an in between diet of ww and atkins. I like atkins because I know how to do it. With ww I don't always know how many points is in something. Whichever one I choose I need to stick to it and not pork out at the end of the day.
