had an omelette for breakfast; we had a meeting at lunch and they had pizza so I scraped off the toppings and ate that with a side salad. I was told that I had great discipline doing that!! I am beginning to find ways of incorporating the "no carb" philosophy into my daily activities. Week 2 will be over on Saturday, I think I will remain on Induction for another week and then re-evaluate how I'm doing.
