Ok, I offically SUCK! I gained 20 between mid March and mid May. I'm mad and hubby is not too happy either! Major stress (not to mention I ran out of antidepressants!) was a factor....but not an excuse. I'm back on track since last week and have already shed 6 lbs. Gotta love Atkins!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Hang in there. The wife and took an Anniversary trip with similar results. I gained 10 pounds and she gained 7. I have manged to get my weight back down to the 233 for the weigh in last Wednesday, but have since gone back up again 5 lbs. All that soda and no water. I have been on track, but for some reason keep yo-yo'ing. Bill
