Well I just found this site yesterday. I plan on walking for an hour at 3mph. I will try very hard to drink water. And I will not snack all day!. I would really like to watch my portions. That is the hardest part for me. I do really well until dinner then I go crazy. Being a stay at home mom is great but there is a lot of temptations.

Someone once told me that you should have regular healthy snacks through the day to decrease the amount you feel you need in the evenings. Also with the water thing try adding some lemon or lime slices to it, it might make it more enjoyable. Good luck I am sure you will do great

small healthy snacks throughout the day will help keep you from binge eating at night. Being at home all the time does make it difficult, but you can do it! And the bonus is you can help your family be healthier at the same time. For portion control, try eating on small plates, that always helps me!
