How fantastic! Even after having dinner at 9:30 last night! I might make my goal this weekend or get very close to it. I want to be 190 by the weekend. This weekend one of my bffs and I are having a impromptu stay in Charleston. I'm still not drinking, and I will make similar food selections to mimick what I eat at home. I don't want to go backwards.

Oh I forgot to say yesterday that due to the late night popcorn and Melba toast gorge, I decided to have neither yesterday. Well, I had one Melba toast on the way home from Zumba because it was lonely in the bottom of the box that I wanted to recycle :-) Other than that, I only had vegetables, meat, and fruit.

Today, I am going to miss my morning Melba because I've run out. Its weird how much food I go through when I'm not eating a lot of food!

A side note, I've begun to stock my deep freezer with meat that I've found on sale. I'm really serious about cooking for myself, and having a food life. A food life that doesn't include this rollercoaster of weight.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
