Fortunately, the weight is back down to 146.5 this morning - guess yesterday's panic attack was just water retention. I really gotta quit being so OBSESSED by the scale! Anyway, I did something a little on the "flighty" side this morning; I ordered a book called "Run for Abs," which (allegedly) has a detailed runner's workout that includes strength training, and an eating plan that's designed to improve my running AND help lose the spare tire. Yeah, it's possible that all I'll really lose is the $24.95 I spent, but hey it's a plan at least.
