I track my exercise minutes on another site, because fatsecret won't tell me how many minutes I've exercised in a week or month - at least I can't find a way to produce this. Anyway, I just made 500 minutes so far for January 2018. My goal is always 1000 minutes of exercise per month. Sounds like alot, I know, but really 50 minutes 5 days a week will get you there. Unfortunately, I will have to exercise 50 minutes for the remaining days of the month to hit my goal, so I may fall a bit short. Oh well, double down next month!
