Ayngel's Journal, 15 May 2012

Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I'm looking forward to it. I've been very good this past week, ate healthy and exercised regularly. I'm even doing fairly well with my fluid intake (something I struggle with). I have a skirt I like that, for the past 6 months I've worn it I had to zip it as far as I could and tuck it in cause I couldn't zip it all the way. On Sunday (Mother's Day), I was able to get it zipped ALL THE WAY UP and fastened! It made my day! I was basically a size 14 though I was in denial and tried to cram myself into a 12. Now a 12 is comfortable again. I'm thinking it won't be long before I get into that size 10!!!
