You know, I just weighed in today. Lost 6lbs this month. Didn't do so well on following my food plan but it was OK. What was disheartening was last month it stated I'd reach my goal weight it 7 months... now I knew that was unrealistic to lose 100+ lbs but I guess in the back of my mind I was excited & half way believe I could do it. BUT this morning my bubble was totally busted!! I am now back to 17 months. I'm not in a hurry but I was still hoping to be more around the year mark. I guess that means I need to examine what I did last month that I lost more weight & see if that is something I should/could be doing more of. Writing in the journal is also something I should practice more as well. Already, I have lost a little over 10% of my start weight in the last 3 months. And on a food plan I can live. Stay tune for next weigh in!
