Back to the plan over 7 pts. today...taking them out of my weekly allotment. Looking at what I ate today I did a LOT of snacking. Going to try to target that this week.

did you allow yourself points for your workout? I know you said you burned a lottttt of calories so maybe you'e not over as many points as you think?
