Back on track!
After a disastrous business trip where I gained 10 pounds, I am back.
Business was a success, but that's hardly important to the big picture is it!

Now on the eve of another trip I am worried I will fail again.
5 days...all meals at restaurants!

I hear the water in Vancouver is fat free at least.

You just need to make a decision that you will make the healthiest choices that you can while you are at the restaurants, which is probably tough to do because everyone else is probably just eating anything/everything.. Get your sauces on the side, get things baked/poached instead of fried, ask how things are prepared... etc. etc... and stay away from alcohol!! Sneaky liquid calories.. :)
