So tomorrow is a big day. I am starting a 27 day weight loss jumpstart! It is high protein, no wheat or flour based products for the first week. I've never tried a high protein diet. This one is having you choose from egg whites, low fat cottage cheese, protein shakes, tuna and other healthy fish, chicken, extra lean ground turkey, veggies and drink tons of water and have oolong tea twice a day and lemon water for lunch and hot lemon water(ick) before bed. Curious to see how this goes. I am still slipping up from time to time, well actually daily, so I am wondering if I will be able to succeed without cheating. Also, I need to make sure I don't forget about my family:) hehe. I know my husband thinks, great she's on a crazy diet, so she's not going to grocery shop for us. It will be hard, but they will eat what they eat and I will eat my stuff and it's just 27 days. So, I just ate a chocolate fundraiser bar to prepare for no chocolate for 27 days. Counterproductive, maybe, but it was a goodbye chocolate bar. Also, I am going back to just weighing in once a week or so. Maybe on Thursdays or Fridays. We'll see:) Good luck to everyone this week!
