Mornin exercise
Gardening: 1 1/2 hours
Cleaning: 2 hours

Hope to get a real workout in today.
I am trying to come to the realization that I am not a early morning workout kind of girl.
As soon as I get up it is the first thing on my mind but I can't seem to gather the strenth to do it. I used to do it, get up at 7 and go workout and I felt great. Why do I feel so weak in the mornings? I wake up and for the first 30 min or so I feel like I can barely lift the kids and the thought of exercise makes my muscles hurt. Well, ok not that bad but you get what I mean.
So tell me, how do I get passed this??

So people aren't early morning workout people. That's cool. Maybe during the day or at nights are better for you. It's cool, if you can fit it in and I'm sure your boys keep you running! LOL. Have a good day.
