Mornin exercise Gardening: 1 1/2 hours Cleaning: 2 hours
Hope to get a real workout in today. I am trying to come to the realization that I am not a early morning workout kind of girl. As soon as I get up it is the first thing on my mind but I can't seem to gather the strenth to do it. I used to do it, get up at 7 and go workout and I felt great. Why do I feel so weak in the mornings? I wake up and for the first 30 min or so I feel like I can barely lift the kids and the thought of exercise makes my muscles hurt. Well, ok not that bad but you get what I mean. So tell me, how do I get passed this??
