Today, I start over on my low protein diet. I have failed at my first attempt. Butt, I am determined for the benefit of my health an well being, that I am going to stick with it this time. I may have slip up at times, but I know that if I keep at it, that I can do it..... Also, I went to the doctor yesterday, and I lost 3 lbs!!
