kalid's curry & baked lays for kunch, 12" flatbread turkey & ham w/ baked bbq chips from Subeay, fruit juice bar, 1/2 donut & nut mix
233.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
