Alright, I have been putting this off but need to get back. I lost the 1st 46 lb relatively easily however have been bad & need to get back on track. At least I have not gained back the weight lost. I do no exercise other than tai chi. My daughter is expecting her 2nd child any day now & my other daughter is expecting twins the end of Sept or early Oct. I need to remain healthy for them. We are leaving on a cruise in June & that will be a huge temptation so if I can manage to lose some before I go away, it will certainly help.
