Don't know what happened I just noticed that I must have entered wrong. It shows my weight went up when in fact it didn't
Anyhow, 283.6 now 353.0 when I started!
283.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
