Well. I got down to 138 about a month ago and I rocketed up. I have been eating really well. Mostly bread, fruits, and veggies. and mostly raw. I think I have been too heavy on the carbs. Time to get back on this. It's summer, and I don't like being on my rounder side when I where less clothing...
