Really feeling good - A couple of firsts last night. the first is that I was able to successfully manage my insulin dose away from home so now I a little more freedom with out the fear of having to at home to do this. second is my wife and I went to whole foods to get dinner after the gym and were able to successfully put together a meal and ate out with out blowing the diet or freaking out about the insulin timing. all the above with a great gym night...almost feeling normal...
