Been stuck here for 1 week and a half...I guess it’s not bad.
What I think has me stuck is my emotional/not knowing what I want issues.

One hand 125 I’m already small/extra small... 100-130lbs is what I’m supposed to weight by drs standards... by those standards I’m still in the bigger side...yeap that’s why I said emotional dilemma...I’m already happy looking for perfection 😩 I know, no such thing
