Hello I'm new to this and currently unemployed which makes get anxious especially during the night time and start to eat snacks, I need to lose weight because I want to look and feel better and also because I have my medical health conditions too. I also am addicted to sugary things like chocolate bars, I get a lot of craving for sweets, what should I do? Thanks for you comments and suggestions.

I notice i get cravings for sugary chocolate bars and such at night when im watching tv try standing and walking in place during commercials or go bruch your teeth when you get a craving. And good luck hope you have great success!
