So, I’m not doing great with my eating, although not eating like I was during the holidays. Good news is I haven’t gained weight. I pretty much eat the same everyday, I’m such a boring eater. I’m not a so called “foodie”. But I’m also not a big vegetable or fruit eater. The changes I’ve made are good ones over the past year like switching almost always to using unsweetened almond milk instead of skim. I couldn’t believe how much sugar is in skim milk! Anyway, I said from January 1, 2018 I was going to cycle on my stationary bike and so far I’ve missed only two days but I won’t beat my old self up over it.
