I am having problem staying away from empty calories... Am I all alone... Even through what I am eating isn't that bad for me but I keep going over 1000 Cal... How much Cal can a woman have anyways?? I'm not really sure....

Have you set up your RDI on this site? If not, try that and at least that will give you a ballpark of where you should be with your calories. I eat at least 1200 calories per day and try to stay between 1200 & 1500. The number of calories you need depends on your gender, size, and how active you are, so we're not all the same. Set up your RDI, and keep recording your calories and then you can adjust if you aren't seeing a loss. Good luck!!
