I am 42 years old with one active grandbaby...I am the youngest girl out of 7 kid's. We all have suffered with weight problems. I live at the moment in Tyler Tx. I enjoy painting (folk art) and spending time with friends and family. I love to take walks in the woods and look at the wounder of it all. I stand 5'2 small build and 205lbs and need to lose about 20 more pounds.. So I though I would try this out... I think we all need support or why elese would we be on here.

I have 3 people who want's to join this site.... I know they can do it on there own find the site that is... But I wanted to add them as a buddy... And have no clue who to do this

Spouse Not Supportive
I think all men have problems with not supporting the women in there live's. It is very hard not having that support.. Men look at it as they can eat what they want too and not gain much weight so why should they support us.. I think this attutide is why we say forget it...

Hi Everyone
Hello I read your post... I was also doing the low carb diet.. That is a hard diet to follow... But keep your head in the game you can lose alot doing this diet... I just had a lot of issues not being able to eat some carbs... Bread's is my weakness.... God luck to you
