Day 12

ugh someone should have had to wheelbarrow me to work today i am SO SO sore from my workouts. every ounce of me is in pain but no pain..no gain..i have been feeling pretty good lately and am looking forward to my lunch. it is spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese with light poppyseed dressing and some avacado! NUMMMMMMB!

Today just a cardio day on the stair master and then home to cook up some chicken and quinoa for the remainder of the week.

I am going to go get my nails done at lunch today so that will be fun and give me a moment to relax in between my hectic day at work.

Being sore sucks, but I always love the feeling at the same time. it is proof that you worked your a$$ off! Your salad sounds amazing! Yumm!
