I really need some help with this. I don't workout very often. I really need to get up off the floor from playing with the girls and work out. I think I might start to go for walks in the morning with the girls and after Danny gets home. If I can stick to it i might just lose some weight.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's what I started with was walking my dogs. They're happy and it's good for me too. Then I moved to fast walking on my lunch breaks at work...and now I'm starting to jog a little. You just gotta start off slow and make small goals for yourself. Sometimes you get so caught up looking at the BIG PICTURE that you don't know where to start. :)

ok thanks Kate. My hubby is getting into walking right after he gets home from work too so I am hoping to go on all the walks with him and the girls. I am going for 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. I hope i am able to do that. I just need to stick to it. My girls need a happy and heathly mommy
