Today at the gym, I did the bench press at 245lbs, 1 set of 6 reps, 1 set of 4 reps and a final set of 4 reps. On the Incline at 205lbs, I did a set of 10 reps and at 185lbs I did a set of 10 reps. I did 3 sets of 10 reps at 190 lbs on crunches. I also ran a mile on the treadmill in 6:47. Day 1 of my pushup challenge is completed. I did 5 pushups this morning and I have to do 5 tonight before bed.
