Noticing a pattern. My body 'holds' a weight for about 6 days before going down further . . . . today is day 6 . . . I HOPE this pattern holds and tomorrow I see a Whoosh!

Deep into ketosis . . . . regardless of what 'they' say, I love my ketostix!
138.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
