Going to visit my family for a week! I'm super excited to see everyone, but I'm super nervous to find out how it will affect my dieting.... I know I won't be able to perform Insanity (my main workout) and I KNOW there will be tons of delicious “bad-for-you” food, because my mother is a fabulous cook... Oh well, it's only a week! (Or so I tell myself!)
