Day 4: I think I'm losing a lot of water weight. Each time I get on the scale I've lost more--almost unbelievable. I won't be fooled though. I knew that in the first two weeks it comes off easy but then it gets as hard as hell.
This morning I didn't get to exercise because I had to get my eyebrows waxed (lol!)--I'm gonna go on a long walk this evening though to make up for it!
