STRESSED!!! Ugh, I'm losing weight too fast bcuz I'm stressed. When I'm upset, I don't eat but I need to take my frustrations out somehow and that outlet has been the gym for me. I cut my time in the gym to 30 mins bcuz I know my calorie intake is low but I am still losing too fast.
I'm gonna have to get it together bcuz this is supposed to be my new healthy lifestyle!! :0)
Anywho, HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO ALL!!!
