Well, I started WW last week and was down 2.4 at my meeting tonight. Hurray! The only difference is that I weigh more at 6 pm than I did at my noon weigh-in's at LA Weight Loss. SO I can see it on the scale and I don't like it! ha. I am still going to use my morning weight so it will be inline with my lower numbers. Seems funny to have different weights at various times of the day - - but what woman doesn't already know that? ha ha

Well, all the food and drink you have throughout the day is added on to your weight. When you wake up you don't have any food or extra liquids in you. Plus, if you have high sodiom foods, that can also make you have a temporary weight gain. The best thing is to weigh in same time, same clothes, and remember the scale changes constantly. Good luck!

I'm glad you are seeing results with WW. I like my scales in the morning better too! How different is WW for LAWL/Pure? You'll do great.
