Soooo, I've been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and at first it was IMPOSSIBLE but I'm on day four and now I'm doing great :) I feel so motivated. I really am going to do all thirty days! I'm so excited for the end results. Abs, here I come! I'm already starting to see some definition. That really makes me question my goal weight. I haven't weighed myself in four days, but I'm eighteen pounds away from my goal weight and I'm starting to think that might be too thin.

Even though it's the "30 day shred" you don't technically have to do it every day, lol! But if you can go for it.
