Ahh. I knew I shouldn't of had that 2nd Grilled Cheese with my soup last night. Dinner was just a little too big for that time of the day.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
