It's been difficult to continue recording in my food journal, although I feel I'm now able to keep my calories within a reasonable range. Continuing to search for high-quality, low-fat protein sources while restricting carbs; found a couple tuna pouches at Trader Joe's...tasty and quick alternative to eating out lunch.
