Didn't exercise today to see how body reacts weight wise with late sleep and 3 rice cakes 2 with jam & 1 with jam & pb after 10pm.
Let's see how body snatches back tomorrow after maintaining the cal, carb & protein plan today.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
