OK Did my exercise yesterday and my morning jumping jacks for 2nd day in a row. My muscles are owie! Ate well yesterday-except too much wine. So today- only 4 ounces of wine. I will aim for 1450 calories. Will do another 4 mile in 1 hour walk today too. Really can't stand being above 138. So I am motivated.
