I weighed myself last night. Always a bad idea but that is when I go to the gym and use the digital scale. I don't like the one I have at home. My weight went up a lil but I don't care. It is normal for me.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
