:-) maintenance all right :-) It is LOW CARB. Atkins, a little modified. Adding nuts and some dairy for digestion. This is probably the reason I do not see a bigger drop in the beginning of this ever new trial...Usually in the beginning you drop more, and then stabilize...I dropped 2lb lb so far in a week. I weigh in on Mondays, so let's see. Lots of pressure now for the holidays...:-( How are you doing SM?

Getting back on track from all the health issues and surgeries this last 6 months and trying to cut back my carb intake again to see how the modified gut holds up to it. 😬That’s been the big sticking point the last few months. Now I can increase my activity a bit around the holidays and get back to some kind of normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️Take care! 🙋🏻‍♀️
