So because I missed a workout 2 days ago, last night was KILLER trying to work out on my abs! I've gotta say I LOVED the shoulder and arm lifting though! Mind you, my arms are in much better shape than my abs and legs anyhow....

Note to self: must buy heavier weights....
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Debi's Own Diet   losing 3.5 lb a week

seeems like if i take a day off, from lifting, then i have a better workout..my body isnt as tired to lift..takes time to work it off..way to go
