Spent a couple days out of this Nursing/Rehabilitation facility, the first break in around 8 months. Ate/drank Pelmeni/Пельмени--Russian meat dumplings, vodka, "black" bread, butter, more vodka, pasta, champagne, and a few pieces of vegan "cheese". The scale leaped up 12𝒍𝒃𝒔 or so, or back to where I was last October. I regret nothing, nothing I say! (Well, maybe the vegan "cheese". :)
