Im SOOOO Excited. I just got an e-mail about Shape up PA. Back at the beginning of the year we formed a team at work and joined Shape up PA. We recoreded activity time each month and weight loss. The contest ended July 1st. Well...Our team won 1st place in the weight loss category for State Agency. WOOOO HOOOOO ! We get gold medals! How exciting !!!! Im grinning ear to ear :) I definitely dont need a gold medal to tell me how far Ive come....but it sure feels good anyways !
