nutritarian diet seems to be working but boy I am hungry right now

195.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb. Still to go: 16.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.9 lb a week

I've been nutritarian before! just fill up on that water and find joy that hunger pains are as harmless as a text message ding! I'll be going nutritarian again soon so it's nice to hear from you!
