swollen foot for the past two weeks. At least I only gained a pound. Hoping to be walking on treadmill by Friday. Next week a possible two pound loss.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
