I'm getting into the habit of working out now. This is my second week going every day and I'm really getting to a point where I feel like I need to go. I found that in the past I pushed myself too much or did exercises I didn't like but now I'm getting to the point where I do ONLY the exercises I like and it's helped out a lot!

Good job on working out! Medifast recommends working out for about 30 to 45 minutes, no longer than 45 minutes, because the calorie count on MF is low, and they don't want you burning more calories than you take in, it will put you in starvation mode. I just started exercising regularly about 4-5 days a week no more than 45 minutes a day, as they suggest. Good luck on your journey.

Yeah, I've been keeping in touch with my health coach who said the same thing so I've been biking or walking on the treadmill. Some days I do the exercises in the back of Dr. A's Habits of Health book. The next day I can always feel the soreness from the ab work out. That's a good feeling.
