Feeling really good today. Went hiking yesterday and can feel it in my butt and thighs!! Amazing how feeling sore can make you feel so good :) Knee is feeling a bit better as well. Back to Jillian and Zumba on schedule this week!! Finally caught the exercise bug and I am loving the way I feel.
