OK, OK I'm back to working out again. I'm pretty disappointed in myself for being lazy, but I haven't gained all the weight back still in the 180's unfortunately.

I've been in a funk, I choose to blame it on my dogs and their being missing/health. Oh well no more excuses time to get serious! Again...
