Alli has been in short supply for the last several months. I searched for other quick weight loss plans, to no avail. I have gained significant amount of weight. Just went to the doctor, who told me I needed to lose some weight. So I am giving this another try. Since the "quick fix" doesn't seem to last I am trying to eat reasonable portions and walk in the evening.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi. The quick fix will never ever work. I totally wish it did. But you can do it, u just have to remember its a way of life and u have to break those had habbits. U will get lots of support from the site so just keep Logging in and trying. X

Thank you. I need all the support I can get. It's hardest when I am sitting at home bored. I start telling myself that I'm hungry even if I just ate.
